A Punk Rock Gives Back Supported Initiative
Clark Angel Fund Logo

The Clark Angel Fund (CAF) is a new interfaith charitable initiative being established in honor of Connie Clark, who ascended to heaven on March 12, 2026. During the formation period, donations are collected through Punk Rock Gives Back, our interim fiscal partner.

For close to ten years, Connie and Joel Clark handcrafted wooden angels each Christmas—giving nearly 100 each season to friends, neighbors, and anyone who crossed their path. Each angel carried Connie’s gift for making every person feel seen, welcomed, and loved. She was the friend who bought a family their first menorah and set a Hanukkah table alongside her Christmas spread so that everyone felt the beauty of their own traditions reflected in her home.

The Clark Angel Fund carries that spirit forward. CAF will provide grants to qualifying nonprofit faith-based and private K–12 schools and colleges in California on behalf of students and families—covering the costs that fall in the gaps so that every child can fully participate in the life of their school community.

What CAF Will Fund

  • Tuition gap support for middle-income families and faith-based educator families
  • School experiences: prom, retreats, field trips, athletics, graduation fees
  • Summer camps and enrichment programs
  • Emergency support for families facing crisis
  • Music lessons, tutoring, club dues, yearbooks, technology, and more
  • All faith traditions: Catholic, Jewish, Lutheran, Episcopal, Christian, and beyond

In Lieu of Flowers

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in honor of Connie through Punk Rock Gives Back, in support of the Clark Angel Fund (CAF), a new interfaith charitable initiative inspired by Connie’s boundless love for others. CAF will provide support to students and families attending faith-based or private schools across California, covering the costs that fall in the gaps so that every child can fully participate in the life of their school community. Connie and Joel spent years hand-crafting wooden angels each Christmas, giving nearly 100 each season to friends and neighbors. This fund carries that spirit forward, ensuring that every child is seen, every family is welcomed, and every tradition is honored.
