The Clark Angel Fund (CAF) is a new interfaith charitable initiative being established in honor of Connie Clark, who ascended to heaven on March 12, 2026. During the formation period, donations are collected through Punk Rock Gives Back, our interim fiscal partner.
The Clark Angel Fund carries that spirit forward. CAF will provide grants to qualifying nonprofit faith-based and private K–12 schools and colleges in California on behalf of students and families—covering the costs that fall in the gaps so that every child can fully participate in the life of their school community.
What CAF Will Fund
- Tuition gap support for middle-income families and faith-based educator families
- School experiences: prom, retreats, field trips, athletics, graduation fees
- Summer camps and enrichment programs
- Emergency support for families facing crisis
- Music lessons, tutoring, club dues, yearbooks, technology, and more
- All faith traditions: Catholic, Jewish, Lutheran, Episcopal, Christian, and beyond

About the Transition: The Clark Angel Fund is being established as its own independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (CA Entity Number C0271399). Once CAF receives full tax-exempt status (anticipated August 2026), funds held at Punk Rock Gives Back may be granted to CAF subject to foundation approval and applicable law.
CAF will begin accepting grant applications on March 12, 2027—the one-year anniversary of Connie’s heavenly ascent.
